Entrants who raise at least £50 in sponsorship for the Hampshire & Isle of Wight charity will be entered into a prize draw and will be in with the chance of winning one of the MANY FANTASTIC PRIZES on offer, provided you complete one of the two defined routes. Entrants who cannot, or do not want to, get sponsored are requested to donate £5 to the Hampshire & Isle of Wight charity on the day. All entrants that raise money or make a donation will receive a certificate and goody bag on completion of their chosen route. There are 2 routes available; a 15 mile BLUE route and a 50 mile RED route for those wanting a bigger challenge! These routes will take you past several of the textile banks that raise significant funds for the Air Ambulance, there will also be a fun series of questions for you to find the answers to! The Air Ambulance has been given the unique opportunity to be fully operational for the day from Tesco Ryde and will fulfil its normal duties conducting life-saving missions as standard. Throughout the course of the day when the crew are on standby there will be the opportunity to look at the helicopter and meet and chat with the paramedics and pilot who do this life-saving work. We encourage all entrants and members of the public to come and say hello – it is the Hampshire and Isle of Wight communities that keep the Air Ambulance flying, without your continued support, it wouldn’t be where it is today!
