Cycle Cinema

Returning to the Cycling Festival this year is the Cycle Cinema! Taking place at Seaclose Park, Newport on Saturday 13 September, the outdoor Cycle Cinema is run using only pedal-power.  The event begins at 7pm with an appearance from a special guest!  There will be a few 'trailers' as per a regular cinema experience and the film will start shortly after.  

Bicycles will be provided on the night for those unable to ride to the venue. There is no stored energy so if the pedals stop – so does the film!

After a vote between five films, Despicable Me 2 was revealed as the favourite.  The free event is a great way of bringing people together to celebrate cinema, sustainability, renewable technology and, of course, cycling.
