Sink or Swim
Cycle the Medina Fun Race, Seaclose Park, Newport

Well done to all who took part in this year's Sink or Swim Fun Race and congratulations to Raymond Belson (pictured above) on his Rift Raft who won the Wightlink vouchers. Our Sink or Swim event was started by tv personality Charlie Dimmock as part of her River Walks series.

Photos of the event are now in our  Photo Gallery

If you think that you could Invent a machine to pedal your way across the Medina for next year's race either as an individual or team then please telephone 01983 203891 or email info@sunseaandcycling.com.  There will be prizes for the fastest crossing as well as the most beautifully dressed vessel.

Set sail to the Isle of Wight and give Sink or Swim a go! Sink or Swim is a “ride” across the River Medina where riders navigate a pedal powered vessel across the river avoiding the water below!

This event is fun for all the family and spectators will have the opportunity to ride one of our Cycling Festival Swans after the “riders” have taken to the water. Cowes Inshore Lifeboat will also be on hand to make sure everyone is safe and sound!
